Recipe for Disaster
One twelve-hour sudafed
One large gingerbread latte
Guh. I'm feeling...odd. Stressed and jumpy. Couldn't figure out why, especially since I'd worked a solid four hours at the coffee shop rearranging stuff in past chapters that were affected by changes I wanted to make further downstream. I got a lot done. I can forge ahead tomorrow. Yay, me!
Except I'm feeling jumpy and cranky. Mr. Cameron even asked me if something wasn't working right with the book. No, I said, it went fine.
Then I realized. The damn sudafed, and the damn caffeine. I wonder how long it will take it to get through my bloodstream. Oh, well, I did get a lot done today, and I'll have a few hours in the morning to work on more. That's a good thing.
