There is, of course, my newly invented Pizza Bread for a crust. a mixture of colby and mozzarella cheese--this works better for homemade pizza than all mozzarella, or all provel which would, you know, make it a genuine St. Louis style pizza. (We do cut our homemade in squares, though--and make it in a rectangular cookie sheet.)
Then we've got a bit of pepperoni, lots of red bell pepper, tomato slices, green onions, and mushrooms.
Mmmmm. It's in the oven right now.
