Iffy day. No writing done, just straightening and laundry folding and such. Then went to pick Paidhi Boy up at nursery school, buckled the kids in, took off, and the car stalled. It started again, but stalled immediately. I managed to roll to a parking lot, maneuvered into a spot, and walked the rest of the way home, about a mile. A sweaty mile with a seven year old who wasn't really watching where she was walking and a four year old who wanted to lean waaay over the edge of a bridge to look at the train tracks.

I did get an email notification that I'd managed to qualify for an MPC over at critters. Which means somehow I did a lot of crits or something--I did very few within the last week, and if they're counting the ones I've done over the past three weeks, I kind of feel like that's cheating. On the other hand, I'm not going to protest, I'll just use it when Aburt gets back.
