Jun. 16th, 2006 11:11 amStop Worrying and Love the Slushbomb. Hear, hear!
In other news, two of seven flash pieces down! Bury the Dead and Welcome the Stranger have been posted to the Miscue. Okay, they're both going to need some extra work, but still. Now if I can just get things to a startable point on one of the others...this is, perhaps, a meditation for the pool. Though I do wish I had a waterproof laptop and there was wireless at the pool, because surfing around is part of my reading/research process by now.
What else? Not much. Tuesday we made tie-dyed T-shirts. A couple for each of us, actually, since there were plenty of white T-shirts in the house. The project was actually cover for shirts for Mr. Cameron and his dad for father's day. Theirs are hidden away...until Sunday. Paidhi Girl is organizing another fishing trip. At some point I want to take pics of the shirts. Making them was great fun. Paidhi Girl has now developed an ambition to make and sell tie-dyed shirts, Mithras only knows where that will end up. We still haven't implemented the sign project--I'll have to buckle down and make a concrete plan for that, I think. When we do it, I'll be sure to take pictures, because it'll be excellent fun. (
velourmane knows what I'm talking about, but I don't want to unveil the fiendish plan until all is in place. Suffice it to say, the very idea of it amuses Paidhi Girl greatly. Hmm, I may have to get things together for it this weekend.)
