Fleischman's has this recipe for peanut butter bread. I've made it according to the recipe before, and it's been okay. But. If you make it with way more peanut butter than it says? (And btw, the recipe says not to use "natural" peanut butter, but I have no idea why, it's always worked well for me.) Way more like, not measuring just scooping it out into the pan until it makes a big glop and there's hardly any left in the container? It comes out very dense and thick and kind of cakey. And it's very good with homemade peach jam.
