ann_leckieSome time, not sure when, Escape Pod will be running my story "Hesperia and Glory." So that kind of balances out the couple of rejections I've gotten in the past few days.
I got very little done this weekend. Sunday was an all-jammies day, and I spent most of the time playing Sims 2 and making green skin for the game. I am determined not to play at all today. Right now, Paidhi Girl is making the boys (Alaric and Alexander) clean things and flush the toilet and such. And also look at the fishtank. She knows only a bit about Alaric's various ambitions, but they don't really interest her, of course. She's much more alarmed at the fact that I've let weeds grow in the garden and is thinking about having the guys throw a party. She likes throwing parties.
Of course, this is all on my laptop, so I can't do the work I need to do this morning. But that's all right, it means both kids are occupied, and it's early yet. I'll catch up with blogs and then have Paidhi Girl email me the file I need.
