Spent a few weeks watching Farscape Season Two dribble in a disc at a time. We're not through with it, we just needed a break, so we moved the queue around a bit. And this week we got...
The Saint.
It didn't have a fantastic rating, but I figured how bad could it be? Well. Pretty bad. Early on, the Girl Scientist character (Simon Templar loves her because she's so innocent!) is asked why anyone should believe her claims about cold fusion, and she launches into a speech about how Einstein knew Relativity was true before he ever tested it because he felt that it was true, and she feels all this power in the world and...
And I turned to Mr. Cameron and said, "This speech is physically painful."
