So, basically, what it says in the subject line up there. If you’ve pre-ordered Ancillary Sword (or if you do pre-order it in the next couple of weeks), click on over to this form, fill it out (including a copy and paste or an image file of your receipt), and I will sign a bookplate for you.
Here’s that link again: Pre-Order Ancillary Sword and Receive a Signed Bookplate
And! This basically steals fire from my “sentence a day” plan, but that’s all right. I’ll continue it in case anyone still wants the slow drip (they’re all already scheduled anyway!). But. You can read Chapter 1 IN ITS ENTIRETY on Orbit’s website.

Date: 2014-09-15 08:56 pm (UTC)Also, I've been meaning to ask, do you plan on releasing some kind collection of your non-novel work? I went looking for it after I read AJ, but the only things I could find were spread across different editions of different magazines/collections/whatever. I can't afford all of those, but I could afford a condensed one!

I don't currently have plans for a collection. I think there are only...let me think...three or four stories that aren't available free online. I could be wrong about that. There's "The Endangered Camp" and there's "Clickweed" which is really just a fictional field guide entry, and there's the flash piece I sold to that postcard anthology, but, wait, I posted that on my blog. Oh, and "The Unknown God" which was in Realms of Fantasy.
Anyway. A collection might happen, but currently there aren't plans for it. It would be cool, though!
