ann_leckieWell, a slow day, but there it is, you go forward one step at a time. I decided to add a scene to help explain a few things later on, and was having trouble writing it, having trouble even visualizing it right. I realized today, sitting in the library, that I needed to do some research before I could go forward with it. Well, that's the advantage of writing in the library, isn't it? Lots of books, and an internet connection, two things the coffee shop doesn't have. No sweat. So I spent more time reading than writing this morning, but I'm making progress, building things up, and I think I'll be able to move on in a day or two.
So, generally, all is satisfactory.
Last night I made cheese garlic biscuits with Bisquick. I used already-shredded "taco cheese" that I'd had on had to make quesadillas with, and it was quite yummy, the spices in the cheese work really well with the bisquick and the garlic powder. I highly recommend the combination.
